My practice is geared more toward the individual so that they can have my entire focus for the session. One-on-one training is particularly helpful for clients who are new to strength training, people who are shy or introverted, and for people who are coming back from an injury who really need that extra focus on their form.

1:1 Training

  • Everything is customized according to individual needs
  • 30-60 minute sessions
  • 2-3X a week depending on goals
  • No set end date as it’s based on end results
  • Individual focused
  • Safe space without judgment

Small Group Training

  • I do offer 2-3 person training sessions
  • This lowers the per-person cost
  • Time and duration are determined as a group
  • Can increase motivation to work out with friends
  • Safe space without judgment
