Exercise isn’t always about hitting a number on the scale or how much you can bench lift. It is also healing, preventative, and energizing. I’ve created a gym space that caters to those who want health and well-being so life can be lived to the fullest. There are no quick fixes here. My primary focus is maintaining joint integrity which takes precision and time. Our bodies deserve as much.
Hi! I’m Amy, a former pharmacist-turned-certified personal trainer.
Over the years of dispensing medicine, I realized that MOVEMENT was the first thing that should have been prescribed instead of pills for a majority of ailments. I knew I wanted to not only help people but educate them on how to properly take care of their bodies.
So here I am! I hold my certified personal trainer certification (since 2016) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the best programs in the nation for personal training. I am also pre- & postnatal coaching certified through Girls Gone StrongTM, one of the world’s most pre-eminent women’s health and fitness organizations.

- Pre- & Postnatal women who want to begin or maintain strength training during pregnancy and beyond
I have specifically designed my gym to have all the equipment needed for strength training and flexibility, while also not being overwhelming. I am located close to the River Walk in Naperville and am happy to serve the surrounding area. I very much look forward to meeting you.
